Why doesn't Humana send Explanation of Benefits for prescription reimbursement claims?

I faxed in a claim for reimbursement for a prescription on 7/22. I've been waiting and checking the mail and website for information on the status of the claim. I just spoke to a representative who told me that the member has to call in to check on the status to see if the claim was denied or accepted! That really doesn't make any sense. Why not post it on the website under Pharmacy Claims???? #whatisuseofwebsite
