I visited the dentist on 8/7/2020- no claim has been filed- I want to add to Go365- why isn't a claim available?

After reviewing your Dental plan, I agree that I am not locating a submitted claim for date of service 08/07/2020.
You can contact your Dentist and ask that they submit a claim to Humana or you can submit one.
If you need to submit a dental claim, you can simply send the receipt(s) to the address on the back of our Dental ID card.

In regards to your go365 points, all Humana claim-based activities, such as a dental exam, will post to your Go365 account automatically after the claim is processed.
