I am unable to access my 1095B form for 2019 online. Please help
I apologize that you were unable to obtain your 1095-B form, via your MyHumana online account.
I emulated your account and I was able to access it. Please make sure you hover over "coverage" on the toolbar and then select "documents & forms". From there you would click on "member forms" and then "tax forms". and "open document".
If you are still unable to view or access this document, please clear out your computer files and cache and/or try a different web browser.
