go 365 will not count points for my steps
I can understand how that would cause concern for your activities. I would be more than happy to take a closer look at your account for you!
If you don't mind, I would like to ask a couple of questions for clarification and to assist with further troubleshooting.
When you say your Withings/Healthmate and Google Fit, do you have your Google Fit connected to Withings and Withings connected to Go365? Or are you using a Withings tracker?
Withings requires a Withings device to track data, if you have an partnered app connected to Withings that tracks the data, it would be considered a third party device and not verified data from Withings. There is a helpful post on our Go365 Community that explains this process in more detail.
